As of September 22nd, 2022, by making any purchase you agree to the terms below. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted. Please read carefully over the information below.
How do I return?
Visit our returns center.
Enter your order number and email address to start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Return / Exchange Conditions
SAVANTÉ LEON (“We”, “us”, “ our”) accepts returns or exchanges of SAVANTÉ LEON products (“Products”) eligible to return (as defined in SAVANTÉ LEON General Terms and Conditions of Sales) within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of the product. All international orders are final sale. Merchandise returned outside of the return window will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition that you received it, Products must not be worn, altered, or washed. Products must have all tags attached. Please be sure to check your items OUTSIDE and INSIDE for stains such as deodorant, makeup, etc. Ensure that both the outside and inside of products is free from pet hair or any other hair/fuzz. Products should be free of any fragrances or odors.
Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, and/or soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
To start a return, you can begin with visiting our returns center. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Do not return your items without prior approval.
Make sure items are neatly and securely packed and appear in their original condition. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, bathing suits, swim trunks, earrings and pierced jewelry), (v) latex Products and (vi) any other Product that you were informed at the time of submitting your order could not be returned (“Non-returnable Products/Final Sale Products”). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only allow exchanges on the same Product (same price/same color) in a different size. If you would like to receive a different Product or the same Product in a different color instead, please return your Product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the Product you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method used at checkout only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
